Do I need to wear shoes for Pilates?
In many exercises, proper foot alignment is crucial as improper alignment can lead to postural abnormalities. So it is not recommended to wear shoes when performing Pilates. Even when performing mat exercises, shoes are not allowed. While doing mat exercises, complete movement of your feet and ankles are required.
Can you wear socks in Reformer Pilates?
